1) Make sure the peer connect is using UDP protocol. VPN-X does not support TCP traverse NAT currently.
2)Make sure your and your peers access rule allow peers access each other.
3)Not all NAT device can be traversed.

Full Cone NAT, Restricted Cone ,Port Restricted Cone
